Request Password - Provide User ID and Email

You may reset your password using the security questions and responses provided when you completed the security questions during user registration. In order to complete the reset process, you must answer the security question correctly. If you answer the question correctly, a temporary password will be emailed to you. If you answer the security question incorrectly three times, your CITSS user ID will be locked. If you are unable to reset your password or your CITSS user ID has been locked, you should contact the CITSS Support Services.
